Instructions for Oral Presenters
The 2026 Asia-Pacific Joint Craniofacial Congress (APC 2026)
October 28–30, 2026 | Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok, Thailand
To ensure a smooth and successful session, please carefully read and follow the instructions below.
1. Time Allocation
- Presentation Time: Each oral presentation is strictly limited to 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A (please adjust the time according to your scientific program).
- Time limits will be strictly enforced by the Session Chairpersons to keep the program on schedule. A timer will be visible on the podium.
2. Presentation Format and Technical Specifications
- Language: All presentations must be delivered in English.
- Presentation Template: An official APC 2026 PowerPoint template is available for your convenience. While the use of this official template is highly recommended for congress consistency, you may use your own institutional template provided it meets the 16:9 aspect ratio requirement.
- Aspect Ratio: All slides must be formatted in a 16:9 aspect ratio (Widescreen).
- Software: Please prepare your presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx format). Keynote (.key) or PDF files are not recommended, as they may encounter formatting and display issues.
- Fonts: Please use standard fonts (e.g., Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman). If you use customized fonts, please ensure they are embedded in your PowerPoint file.
- Media and Videos:
- All video and audio files must be embedded directly into your presentation.
- Recommended video format is .MP4.
- Please bring a copy of your original video files on your USB flash drive as a backup.
- Conflict of Interest (COI): It is mandatory to include a “Disclosure of Conflict of Interest” slide as the second slide of your presentation (immediately following the title slide). If you have nothing to disclose, please state “No conflicts of interest to disclose.”
3. Slide Submission (Online Upload)
Pre-Congress Online Upload (Required): To ensure all files are correctly formatted and to avoid on-site delays, all presenters are required to upload their final presentation files in advance by email to apcleft2026@gmail.com.
Online Upload Deadline: October 20, 2026
On-site Speaker Ready Room: If you need to make last-minute updates to your pre-uploaded presentation, or if you encountered issues with the online upload, please visit the Speaker Ready Room / Slide Upload Center located at RANGSIT Room 1, below lobby Floor.
