Call for Abstracts: Oral Presentations or E-Posters

We invite researchers and clinicians to submit abstracts for Oral Presentations or E-Posters, Case Report or Research. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your work is considered for review.

Confirmation as Oral / Poster Presenter

After acceptance you will receive an email notification. To confirm your presentation slot, complete conference registration and payment (Early Bird deadline: Aug. 31, 2026).

Invitation letter (Oral and E-Poster): An official invitation letter confirming your role as an oral or poster presenter will be sent to you by email when (1) your paper has been accepted and (2) your conference registration is complete (you have registered for the conference and completed payment). You may receive it with your acceptance notification if you have already registered and paid, or with your payment confirmation email after you complete payment.

Presentation Categories

During the submission process, please select your preferred format:

  • Oral Presentation: An 8-minute live presentation followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
  • E-Poster: A digital poster displayed on high-resolution screens throughout the venue.

Abstract Instructions

Please read this thoroughly before preparing your abstract.

  1. Only abstracts written in English will be accepted.
  2. The contents of an abstract (for oral presentation) must include the following components in order (no more than 300 words):
    1. Title: maximum 25 words (Title Case, no abbreviations).
    2. Authors/Institutions
    3. Introduction: background and objective.
    4. Materials & Methods
    5. Result(s)
    6. Conclusion
  3. No Images/Tables: Please do not include graphs, tables, or images in the abstract body.
  4. Abbreviations must be defined by placing them in parentheses after the full word the first time they appear. Use numerals to indicate numbers except when beginning sentences.
  5. Nonproprietary (generic) names, written in lower-case letters, are required the first time a drug is mentioned. Proprietary names are always capitalized.

How to Submit an Abstract

Online abstract submission will open on March 23, 2026.

All abstracts must be submitted via the conference website only: www.apc2026.org.

NOTE: Abstracts submitted by email, fax or post will NOT be accepted.

Abstract Submission Deadline

Abstracts must be submitted on or before July 31, 2026. The online submission system shall be closed on July 31, 2026 at 24:00 hrs (midnight) GMT. Abstracts submitted after the system closure will not be accepted.

Abstract Acceptance Notification

Notification: Authors will be notified of acceptance and their assigned presentation format via email by August 15, 2026.

Registration

  • The presenting author must register for the conference by the Early Bird deadline (August 31, 2026) to confirm their slot in the program.
  • Conference payment is mandatory for the abstract to remain in the final program.
  • All abstract presenters will be asked to reconfirm their attendance after receiving the notification. If you don’t reconfirm your abstract presentation, register and pay the registration fee within the requested deadline, your abstract will be withdrawn.

E-Poster file submission deadline: 16 October 2026 at 24:00 hrs (midnight) GMT.

Certificate of Presentation

All participants will receive a certificate of presentation in electronic format via the email address they registered with.
